1、The working principle of the low-temperature liquid air-temperature vaporizer is based on the temperature difference between the working medium and the natural environment. The air flowing in the environment where the equipment is located is used as a heat exchange medium to heat the low-temperature liquid (liquid carbon dioxide) in the tube. The evaporation and vaporization process does not require any other energy consumption and does not produce any pollution, so it can save a lot of equipment operating costs and has great environmental protection demonstration value;

2、The main body material of the equipment is a new type of aluminum alloy star-shaped fin tube, which has many good characteristics such as large heat exchange area, high heat exchange efficiency, strong pressure bearing capacity and resistance to oxygen corrosion. It has an extremely long service life in the natural state;

3、The star-shaped fin tubes adopt a diamond-shaped compensation connection method, and the surrounding edge pieces are used for bridge connection. The structure is ingenious and reasonable, achieving a harmonious unity of firm overall connection, beautiful appearance, and light weight of the equipment. When the product size is larger, an outer frame is installed to completely avoid possible damage during transportation;

4、The liquid inlet and air outlet interfaces are connected by stainless steel loop flanges and sealed with low-temperature special non-metallic gaskets, making installation simple and easy.
